Requirements for Your Loved One to Qualify for DDD Services

Live In New Jersey

Your loved one who needs day-to-day care due to a developmental disability can live anywhere in New Jersey.

Be at least 21 years of age

Although your loved one can apply for DDD at 18, they must be 21 to receive services. We assist you in applying for DDD at no cost!

Have Medicaid

To qualify for assistance, your loved one must either currently have Medicaid or meet the eligibility criteria. If you are unsure of their eligibility status, please contact us for guidance and support.

Our Home

Our modern, well-maintained homes are ideal for adults who need assistance with everyday tasks and require 24-hour supervision. Living with like-minded housemates with shared needs and challenges is a great experience in a warm and caring community. Each resident has their own private bedroom to make their own and enjoy. All homes feature plenty of communal areas for staff and residents to enjoy together with activities and meals. Family members and guardians are welcome to visit their loved ones.

Behavioral and Nursing Services

Our staff undergoes continuous training to provide our residents with top-notch care. Nurses and behaviorists are available 24/7 for medical, nutritional, and behavioral support. Our residences are staffed with RNs and LPNs, and our behaviorists work closely with residents and day program participants to help them reach their full potential.

Community-Based Support

Our residents participate in various activities, including weekday adventures like swimming, trips to the zoo, baseball games, and visits to amusement parks and science centers. On weekends, they enjoy shopping, picnics in the park, dining out, and more.

CCTV Surveillance

For security, each home has state-of-the-art cameras in common areas, Smart Locks, and window and door sensors. Every residence includes a standby generator for power outages.

Start The Easy Onboarding Process
